Founded in 1929 and taking the name of Appliance and Limb Centre in 1969 we have grown into an internationally recognised facility, providing Prosthetic & Orthotic Services to many overseas clients as well as thousands of public and private patients all over Australia.

Harris Park Branch

  

Appliance and Limb Centre employs 27 people comprised of :

  • Prosthetists/Orthotists
  • Prosthetic/Orthotic Technicians
  • Moulders
  • Leather Workers
  • Office staff
     

Our Prosthetists/Orthotists have been with our company for over 20 years, some are multilingual, and collectively they have more than 250 years experience in their field , many specialising in specific areas which is appreciated by patients and doctors. Most of them are Members of the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and the International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO).

The Appliance and Limb Centre is able to provide complete and cost effective Orthotic/Prosthetic services of the highest possible standard. Our experienced staff together with well established resources can be called upon to ensure a continuous reliable service.

 

Both our branches in Sydney always offer a warm welcoming approach to patients and in particular our Harris Park Branch which has been seen on National Television.

Our Head Office at Redfern is ideally situated to meet the needs of patients from the Northern, South Eastern and Central Areas of Sydney whilst our Harris Park Branch caters for patients from the Blue Mountains to Bankstown and South Western Sydney.
